FROM PHYSICAL REALITY TO CONNECTED INTELLIGENCE

Make the
complex
visible.

Digital twins that connect the world you see
with the systems that make it work.

We bring drone reality capture, real-time 3D and systems engineering together — for buildings, cities and complex environments.

01 / OUR EXPERTISE

One perspective.
The whole system.

A useful digital twin goes beyond a 3D model. It brings geometry, data and the way people work into one coherent system.

01

Reality → usable 3D

Transform photogrammetry, laser scans and CAD into efficient models for demanding real-time environments.

  • Scan-to-model
  • Retopology & textures
  • CAD / BIM
02

Connected digital twins

Connect 3D assets with IoT, building management and electrical, mechanical and communication systems.

  • IoT & BMS
  • Data integration
  • Operational views
03

Systems engineering

Map dependencies, define the architecture and design how people, processes, assets and data work together.

  • Systems thinking
  • Architecture
  • Interoperability
04

Simulation & skills

Make complex situations tangible with immersive scenarios, serious games and practical professional training.

  • XR / VR
  • Crisis preparation
  • Training

02 / SELECTED EXPERIENCE

Grounded in reality.
Built for possibility.

Applied modelling, connected building environments and simulation. A closer look at the work behind our perspective.

CONNECTED BUILDINGS / INDUSTRY

From BIM to a
connected building view.

Digital Twin modelling contributions to an EcoDomus pilot led by Schneider Electric.

IMMERSIVE LEARNING / HEALTHCARE

Learning through
decisions and practice.

Interactive simulation and serious-game experience, including CLONE and telehealth education with INU Champollion.

03 / FROM CAPTURE TO ACTION

Every detail matters.
So does the connection.

We begin with the decision you need to make, then shape the model and integrations around it.

01 / UNDERSTAND THE PHYSICAL WORLD

Start with reality.

Bring together drone photogrammetry, laser scanning, CAD and existing BIM information. Define the useful level of detail, the asset scope and the questions the twin needs to answer.

GEOMETRY + CONTEXT

Purpose first. Geometry, performance and connectivity follow.

04 / THE THINKING BEHIND DFF

Technical depth.
A systems mindset.

DFF Consulting bridges applied research and hands-on engineering. We work across the boundaries between physical assets, software, data and people.

From a single building to a city-scale ambition, we help turn complex ideas into a clear architecture and a practical path forward.

SELECTED EXPERIENCE / ALBI, FRANCE

Albi environments,
prepared for immersion.

Reality-based 3D modelling for EGCERSIS, an IMT Mines Albi programme focused on virtual-reality crisis-management training.

The context

Training for complex situations benefits from environments participants can recognise and explore. The work included digital models of Albi Cathedral and the IMT Mines Albi campus.

DFF’s contribution

Modelling and preparing these physical environments for use in immersive, real-time applications.

Why it matters

Geometry has to work in practice: the right structure, efficient assets and visual context make a model useful within a larger simulation.

SELECTED EXPERIENCE / CONNECTED BUILDINGS

Spatial context for
building information.

Digital Twin modelling contributions to an EcoDomus pilot led by Schneider Electric.

DFF’s contribution

Preparing building models for a BIM / Digital Twin context as a contributor to the wider pilot.

The engineering perspective

A connected building view depends on the relationship between geometry, asset identity and engineering information. A usable model helps people locate equipment and understand how building systems relate to one another.

Where we can help

Model preparation, performance optimisation, systems architecture and integration planning for IoT, BMS, electrical and mechanical information.

SELECTED EXPERIENCE / LEARNING & SIMULATION

Make learning
an active experience.

Applied serious-game and simulation experience across nursing education, telehealth and immersive training.

CLONE

Contributions to the Clinical Organizer Nurse Education project with INU Champollion, using interactive scenarios to support nursing education.

Telehealth education

Experience developing training tools that connect structured information, interactive activities and simulated workflows.

A shared foundation

Whether the setting is a clinical environment or a crisis scenario, we connect the technical environment to learning objectives, user actions and meaningful feedback.
